Marc Morera designer and illustrator has created a wonderful series of Star Wars Infographics that show character progression, alliances and conflicts in the Star Wars movies, animated series, comic books and major novels. Characters are illustrated as recognizable isotypes. Each character’s plot line is color-coded, and the lines from the appropriate characters converge at circles representing the major conflicts along each story timeline.

Facebook has made its biggest acquisition in buying Instagram, a company that is under 2 years old with only 13 employees and no revenue, for a whopping $1 billion. The photo sharing start-up has been used by millions of users and counting on iOS devices and has recently been launched on Android’s Google Play. Since its launch, Instagram has managed to get 30 million users snapping pictures, adding filters, and sharing them with their friends.
